I’m not dead, stop asking me that
For starters I had a new cane made by this woodcarver guy here in Kathmandu. The lizard at the top is pretty sweet, though fat. Perhaps I should feed him less… on the upside it is thicker and sturdier than the cane I shattered last year, in fact I am pretty sure it is more of a cudgel than a cane.
Third eye Nepal (TEN) got those school bags, they had planned to get paper and pencils but another NGO was doing that already and was a bit ahead of their schedule so they bought backpacks for all the kids to carry all those school supplies in.
We went out to a Spanish restaurant called Elmediterraneo, as a going away party for our couchsurfer Ana. I’m pretty sure the only picture I am allowed to post is the one on the far right.
someone else told us all to drink cockroach milk… I’ve eaten some questionable stuff in my travels but that gives even me the creeps.
My brother went to Pokhara the other day so I will steal his pictures and regale you with tales of his ridiculous adventures at some point as well…
So yeah it’s been an interesting month. Unfortunately I am heading back to Canada soon, so expect a lot of pictures of my roommates cat.
